Manaia offers four plans designed for different household needs. Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial of Guardian Pro so you can experience the full feature set.

Choosing a Plan
Managing Your Subscription
Upgrading
1. Go to Settings > Billing in the dashboard
2. Tap Change Plan
3. Select the new plan
4. Confirm — the upgrade takes effect immediately
When you upgrade mid-billing cycle, you're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current period.
Downgrading
1. Go to Settings > Billing
2. Tap Change Plan
3. Select the lower plan
4. Review the downgrade preview (shows which features will become unavailable)
5. Confirm — the downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period
If your current usage exceeds the new plan's limits (e.g. you have 8 profiles but are downgrading to Solo Shield which allows 1), you'll need to reduce usage before the downgrade takes effect.
Annual Billing
Annual billing saves approximately 2 months free compared to monthly billing. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from the Billing page.
Payment Methods
Manaia uses Stripe for payment processing. We accept:
Your payment details are stored securely by Stripe — Manaia never sees or stores your card number.
Invoices
Invoices are generated automatically after each payment. View and download them from Settings > Billing > Invoices in the dashboard.
Cancellation
To cancel your subscription:
1. Go to Settings > Billing
2. Tap Cancel Subscription
3. Your protection continues until the end of the current billing period
4. After that, your account moves to Solo Shield
Your profiles, settings, and historical data are preserved. You can re-subscribe at any time to restore full access.
Refunds
If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of a paid subscription, contact support@manaia.io for a full refund.
